Mixies pricing: starting at $3.95 per guest
Mixies charges per guest, starting at $3.95 per person. That base price includes everything you need to run a complete, staffed soda bar for your event:
- A custom drink menu built around your event
- Four base sodas with six or more syrup flavor options and creamer
- Cups, straws, and ice
- Full setup before your event starts
- Up to two hours of staffed service
- Complete cleanup and teardown
For a 100-guest event at the base rate, that's $395 total. For 200 guests, $790. These are real, all-in numbers — not a teaser rate before you find out cups cost extra.
What can change the price?
Guest count: This is the primary driver. The more guests, the higher the total — but the per-person rate stays consistent, so larger events aren't penalized with tiered pricing.
Service hours: The base package includes two hours of staffed service. If your event needs longer coverage — say, a four-hour reception — additional hours are available as an add-on.
Add-ons: Premium creamers, flavored lemonades, signature drink menus with custom names, seasonal and holiday themes, and custom branded signage are all available as additions to the base package. These are optional; the base package is complete on its own.
Location and logistics: Mixies has no travel fee for events in Utah County or Salt Lake County. If your event is outside our primary service area, reach out and we'll let you know if a travel fee applies.
The deposit
To reserve your date, Mixies requires a non-refundable deposit of $100 or 25% of the total, whichever is greater. This is collected when you book and goes toward your total. The remaining balance is due before the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
